Career Purpose – Get to Know your Strengths and Career Life Purpose Coaching Package

Method: A package of 8 x 45 minute individual and confidential coaching sessions by phone with Kristen Barrett, Success and Career Coach, CPCC (Certified Professional Co-active Coach )
During the 8 sessions we will:
Have an initial foundation session to get to know each other and review career history incl. resume, education, work experience, past career likes, dislikes and accomplishments
Identify and create your unique Values list (a mandatory step to finding fulfillment)
Utilize three powerful proven tools to identify and explore your strength themes, personality preferences, and innate operating styles
Identify your Unique Impact and create your Career Life Purpose Statement
Identify any limiting beliefs/ programming or challenges to work through and techniques to bust through these
Summarize and bring it all together and create your awesome Career Action Plan!
Investment/Cost of Package:
